SWORD - Cocktails

Here are the SWORD-themed cocktails I created for the book release party! I used a lot of apple ingredients for these. My favorite out of these was Avalon. Hope you give 'em a try!

KING ARTHUR

King Arthur:

2 shots bourbon

1/2 shot pimms

1 drop allspice essence

1 drop currant essence 

Dash of apple bitters

Dash of cherry liquor 

Shake up all ingredients

Serve cold and garnish with a cherry impaled with sword pick

LADY OF THE LAKE

Lady of the Lake:

Rinse glass with curacao and orange blossom water

Pour in sparkling wine

Add a squeeze of lemon

Serve with no garnish

AVALON

Avalon:

Pour cherry liquor into bottom and one cherry

Add dash of apple bitters

Add 1/2 shot Pimms

Fill half the glass with cider

Fill rest with sparkling wine

Do not stir

Serve with an apple swirl rind garnish
